To provide comprehensive, culturally competent mental health and substance abuse services to children, adults, seniors and their families that will support recovery, independence, collaboration and empowerment within the home and community.

Plan Benefits

The Michigan Department of Community Health/Community Mental Health Service Provider will determine Covered Services. The Michigan Medical Services Adminiatration Community Mental Health Services Program will also determine Covered Services. Covered services may change based on Federal, State, and/or County requirements.

All services and supports are available to persons enrolled with Gateway. Certain services require prior approval and/or direct review by GATEWAY. These services are indicated by an *.
